Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we guarantee that the product you receive matches the model shown in the pictures. All images are taken from actual units unless stated otherwise.

However, as manufacturers occasionally update packaging, batch numbers, or minor appearance details (e.g., logo position, casing texture) without changing specifications, there may be very slight differences from the photos. The performance, hashrate, power consumption, and included accessories remain exactly as listed.

If you receive an item that does not match the description or photos in a material way, we offer full after-sales support. You can always contact us for confirmation before ordering.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt and all order-related information will be sent to the email address you used when placing the order.
