Orders & Payment

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Simply browse our website, select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

A: We accept shipments via FedExUPS, and SF Express. As long as the shipping method includes a trackable tracking number, you are welcome to use your preferred carrier.

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package.


Returns & Refunds

Q: How can I return an item?

A: Please contact us at support@bipowon.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with a return address. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and email us the tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Some items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.

Q: What will I be refunded for a return?

A: Once the return is completed, we will refund:

  • Full product amount

  • Original shipping fee (full amount)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bipowon.com with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly. Return shipping costs for defective items or errors on our part will be covered by us.

A: A Solominer is a compact, personal mining device designed for individual miners. It allows you to mine cryptocurrency independently without the need for large-scale mining setups. Our Solominers are known for their low power consumption, quiet operation, and plug-and-play design.

Q: Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

A: Yes, you will receive the exact same model as shown in the product picture. We use real product photography to ensure accuracy. Please note that due to different production batches, there may be slight variations in packaging or minor appearance details (such as logo placement or casing finish), but the core specifications, performance, and accessories are exactly as described.
