Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bipowon. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

  • The item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, cables, and manuals included with the product must be returned

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during promotional events marked as “final sale”


2. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us at support@bipowon.com with your order number and reason for return

Step 2: Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a return address

Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (such as FedEx, UPS, or SF Express). Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Step 4: Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return delivery

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Covered by the buyer and is non-refundable

  • Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. Bipowon is not responsible for lost or missing return packages


4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Amount

Once the return is completed, we will refund:

  • Full amount

4.2 Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned with missing accessories or original packaging

  • Items showing clear signs of use or damage not reported initially

4.4 Shipping Fees

The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bipowon.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly – this may include a replacement, repair, or full refund. If the return is due to a defective product or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.


6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number


7. Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
